About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team! 

You will help drive innovation and future growth for our Places product. The person in this role will be a key member of the team contributing to the continuous improvement of a foundational element of all of Foursquare’s products.  They will have an opportunity to influence the product across the acquisition, management and delivery of the data as well as collaborating on the feature/functionality set we deliver to our clients.

In this role, you’ll 

• Develop a keen understanding of the customer needs and priorities
• Partner with data science and engineering to manage day-to-day product development for projects across the Places data offering
• Work cross-functionally with other Foursquare teams to execute features and ensure a cohesive integration across the broader organization
• Be a key contributor to the quarterly roadmap and annual planning processes

What you’ll need

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• Comfortable presenting to senior management and key clients
• High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A track record of collaboration across teams to ensure product success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in distilling disparate customer requests into core needs and requirements
