We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, drives strategic clarity, and knows how to connect user needs with business outcomes.

Your new adventure:

  • Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision by collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset by continuously learning about user needs, empathizing with and advocating for customers, mastering data usage, and staying updated on the competitive landscape
  • Define success upfront and continuously measure product performance using qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Manage the product backlog — ensure it is prioritized effectively and that the team is working on the most valuable problems at any given tim
  • Identify and manage product risks such as technical dependencies, resource constraints, and market shifts, and work with the team to mitigate these risks
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team with product designers, engineers, data analysts, researchers, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver optimal solutions
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders including other product teams, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and priorities
  • Mentor other product managers, helping them develop their skills and product expertise
  • Drive continuous discovery and experimentation to uncover new opportunities and create meaningful product impact
  • Engage with and learn from top talent in the industry

Does this sound like you?

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role, with a track record of owning product areas and delivering measurable impact
  • Proven ability to define and evolve a strategic roadmap, making smart tradeoffs while minimizing dependencies across teams
  • Skilled at navigating complex problem spaces and breaking them down into clear, high-priority opportunities with measurable success criteria
  • Thrives in ambiguity and challenge — constantly seeks opportunities to push boundaries, question assumptions, and solve meaningful problems
  • A track record of driving product discovery through lean experiments, user testing, and rapid iteration to validate ideas and de-risk decisions
  • Comfortable leading generative research (e.g., interviews, support data deep-dives) to uncover insights that shape product strategy and drive measurable impact
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including experience driving cross-functional execution from discovery through delivery
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — actively listens, provides thoughtful feedback, and keeps teams aligned
  • Proactive, independent decision-making skills — balances speed with thoughtful trade-offs
  • Fluency in using product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude) to extract insights, validate decisions, and prioritize effectively
  • Experience influencing without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and product direction
  • Fluency in English and confidence operating in a fast-paced, international environment
