Senior Product Manager, Performance & Development

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to help take our recently released Performance & Development product to the next level. Translate our product vision into strategic goals for you and your team to supercharge our new offering and carve out a competitive position on the market. You will be responsible for end to end ideation through to development of our productwithin your team’s mission, and are a champion of your product across the organization and with customers. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with researchers, designers and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for thousands of daily users.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Tribe Leadership to explore strategic opportunities and define your team’s mission

• Work within your triad to define a 1-2 year strategy for your team

• Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Systematically analyze user feedback and usage data

• Create and align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and the respective product roadmap

• Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog. Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications

• Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities

• SaaS product management experience at a senior level, having been accountable for managing complex products end to end from discovery to delivery

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working within and across domains and product teams to deliver holistic value to customers

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum methodology

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership

• Self-organised and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated technical proficiency, strong analytical and data driven mindset

• Fluency in English
