What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a senior product manager to help us envision and build the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) / real estate vertical operating system of the future. We’re seeking someone with a proven record of being a product owner for internal tooling and operational capabilities, experience working within B2B SaaS startups, operating with a bias for action, and a desire to have an outsize impact and grow their career in a growing company.
In this role, you’ll focus on designing and building products and features that improve workflows for internal teams across the company. You will also deliver the products and features that allow our customers to self-serve their own operational needs, reducing internal overhead and positioning the business to scale. This role is a good fit if you are a Product Manager that is passionate about multiplying our operational efforts through automation, testing, orchestration, documentation, and productivity tools.
We are looking for someone to work out of our New York City office in SoHo 4 days/week.
What You'll Do:
Lead full lifecycle product management efforts by overseeing execution of product and feature delivery to optimize internal team workflows and the the operational capabilities of our customers
Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs through interviews, user testing, and usage data
Translate business problems into ideas and requirements that are actionable, prioritized, and technically feasible
Run experiments, tracking user behavior and engaging internal and external users to improve workflows and processes.
Build clarity: Articulate the right problems to solve to hit goals and identify the next steps required to solve them via clear written and verbal communication
Be Customer-Focused: You’ll be working to deliver value to both internal and external customers
Collaborate with your design and engineering counterparts to solve problems, compromise where needed, and find the optimal path to shipping features
What You'll Need:
4+ years of experience building products in fast-paced environment with high ownership mentality or deep experience working with SaaS products with a strong preference for experience with internal tooling and operations
Grit, determination, and high accountability; you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and have a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Strong natural product sense and innate curiosity combined with both customer and problem centricity; you correctly prioritize problems and their solutions with ease
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate with design, engineering, customer success, and external users

Salary Information
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $150,000-$195,000/year + equity + benefits.
