Your future team
Our People Technology is comprised of people with backgrounds in the Employee Experience. We are responsible for the engine behind Atlassian Hire to Retire process. You will report to the People Technology Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with experience building services and interfaces in the People Technology domains. With innovation and agility at our core, we are constantly looking to optimize the systems and processes that drive the Atlassian Employee Experience from recruiting to exit. You will establish a winning partnership with the People leadership team to drive alignment on roadmaps and identify critical priorities for the business. You will be involved in several aspects of identifying, designing, and adopting industry-leading best practices so that such solutions are built to scale with our growing business.

What you'll do

You can take the most complex challenges on hand and arrive at a systematic way of solving them by meeting both technical architecture and business requirements. You are constantly assessing system functionality vs. evolving business capability needs and requirements; are a good liaison with business partners, the People team, the Finance team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure future-proof product and design.
Your background
- 6+ years of combined experience driving major Employee Experience transformations for a Global organization.
- Gather product capabilities and requirements collaborating with key stakeholders.
- At least one full lifecycles Cloud/SaaS implementation experiences of Compensation, Benefit, or Payroll modules.
- Good exposure to leading technology in the Hire to Retire process, such as Workday, Oracle or SAP, in a complex landscape involving several SaaS solutions for the breadth of Hire to Retire functions.
- 4+ years of experience in a product management role.
- Demonstrated abilities to map user journeys, prototypes and write user stories based on requirements.
- Experience building and overseeing roadmaps for the People Technology product space in close partnership with Finance & Accounting and IT Enterprise and Solution architecture teams.
