Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing our core Payroll capabilities. In this area, your work will directly contribute to shaping the future of our product, disrupting an essential industry and fuelling our growth. Our mission is ambitious and underpinned by our Principles.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their challenges

• Identify opportunities and problems that are worth solving for our customers and Pento

• Work closely with the wider R&D team (Engineering and Product Design) to scope and validate solutions that effectively solve user problems and create meaningful outcomes

• Through this work, shape our long-term vision and product strategy

• Actively contribute to shaping our R&D processes to ensure we are working as efficiently and effectively as possible

• Partner with Sales and Growth to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products and features

The salary band for this L3 role is £83-98k. Titles and compensation at Pento are dependent on our internal levelling (L1-6), which we'll assess and talk more about throughout the interview process. We’re also open to hiring a Staff Product Manager (L4).

• Experience leading Product Discovery efforts to identify and validate the most impactful customer problems

• High data literacy with the ability to analyse product usage data to spot opportunities, diagnose patterns, and smartly measure the impact of your teams’ work
