THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Processing domain. Our mission is to ensure the optimal performance of our European acquiring operations and develop a best-in-class payment processing platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and setups with acquirers, optimizing performance and costs, and addressing compliance changes to maintain excellence in our payment processing services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Payment Expertise: Leverage your substantial  experience in payment processing, particularly within the card processing domain, to guide product development and strategy.
  • Operational Mastery: Understand and optimize the operational aspects of payment processing services, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance across all platforms.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment, translating high-level concepts into technical requirements and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues proactively, assess their impact, and develop pragmatic solutions that drive business value.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of your projects, from ideation to execution, and be accountable for delivering impactful results.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Embrace feedback and continuously seek opportunities to improve products, processes, and your own skills.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience: Solid track record in payment processing, with a strong preference for expertise in the card processing domain.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment processing concepts, including money flows and the roles of different parties involved in transactions.
  • Technical Acumen: High-level understanding of engineering principles, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and focused on shared success.
  • Ownership: A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work and its impact on the business.
  • Fluency in English

AWESOME IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with compliance topics, ideally in payments context

  • Familiarity with card-present processing concepts
  • Experience with navigating complex organizational environment
