Your Role:
- Drive payments product management and development
- Collaborate in scoping new payment method integration to support global expansion
- Collect stakeholder issues and ideas, then design elegant solutions, and draft clear written hypotheses to address them
- Negotiate short term vs long term priorities, define scope, and estimate timelines with energy and positivity
- Craft clear product plans and review results regularly with engineering and product leadership, as well as internal stakeholders
- Be the link between business and customer needs, and ultimately enable what gets shipped to end users
- Help drive product efficiency by collaborating with operations to continuously improve our processes
- Collaborate with Technical Product Manager, Engineering and Payment Operations to drive key improvements to the billing platform
- Develop a deep understanding of: (1) the Grover Business Unit(s) and the phase in the customer journey you are delivering value for; (2) target customer pain points and needs; and (3) design and engineering trade-offs

Your Profile:
- 4+ years experience working in product management or a similar profession
- Experience working with data and data tools
- Able to handle multiple stakeholders and competing interests
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience working within the OKR framework
- Excellent verbal and written word communicator
- Experience working with payment service providers such Adyen, Worldpay, Braintree, and Stripe
It's a plus:
- Experience working with event-driven environments
- Academic background in finance, engineering, or computer science
- Experience with subscription ecommerce companies
- Exposure to global payments
