We are seeking a Sr Product Manager who is interested in creating innovative payments products and scaling and strengthening existing payments products to serve the needs of Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners.

You will build new payments products by working with our Banking and Fintech partners, and our Engineering, Design and Data Science teams with a goal of accelerating SMBs path to success. Your attention to detail, focus on accuracy and precision on payments, the ability to scale products will help fortify our existing payment products to help us better serve our expanding customer base. You will also build tools that will help our Payment Operations team manage the increasing payment volume through our system. You will partner with the vertical product teams to create the best payment experiences for our Gustomers.
The Payments product is part of the Platform Product team where we focus on delivering robust and reusable payments capabilities that accelerate Gusto’s business segments. We innovate on new products that help streamline our Gustomers’ operations. You will be joining a small, but growing team of Product Managers who are delivering products that have a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of small and medium businesses and their employees.

Our cash compensation range for this role is $154,000/yr to $211,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $187,000/yr to $249,000/yr in San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
