The opportunity

Virtuo’s functional landscape is huge: customer Apps and Websites (content, reservation, account management), B2B portal, back-office (fleet, expert, and user management), or even integration with partners like Kayak and CityMapper.

This is why the Product organisation is organised around two main tribes: “Customer” and “Efficiency”, themselves split into 3 squads each. These are autonomous cross-functional teams aiming at delivering the best experience to our users who can be either B2C, B2B, or Experts.

We wish to recruit a Senior Product Manager - Payment & Risks to handle a squad composed of a Tech Lead and software developers.

🎯 Your missions:

- You will define, evangelise and promote the best-in-class payment and damage experience for Virtuo’s users.

- You will be in charge of reducing car damages by defining and managing driver’s risk at scale.

- You will make sure our invoicing system scales in a compliant way

- You will work with Tech, Data, Design, Finance and other business teams across the company to develop a coherent strategy for Payments, Damage, and Risks.

- You will influence the vision and strategy for your products to enhance customer experience and business performance.

- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products. You will run A/B test to confirm the impact of everything you launch.

- Support our company goals by building products and experiences that customers love to use and share.

🌟You are the ideal candidate if you have:

Your experience:

- You have 6+ years of work experience performing relevant product management job functions

- Knowledge and experience in Payments/Fraud/Checkout with trends and regulations such as PSD2 is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

- You've brought to market complex and innovative products in a fast-growing company before.

- You have experienced with agile development methodology

Your main skills:

- You have a strong empathetic and analytical mindset & approach, using data and research to understand users, uncover insights, prioritise your roadmap and measure the success of a product feature post-delivery.

- You're a natural storyteller who loves to engage and influence the wider organisation, sharing insights, results, and plans.

- You have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment

It’s always a plus if:

- Additional languages, especially French, are valued.

- A degree in Engineering and/or Business
