What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) located in Berlin to join the Patient Relationship Management team in our B2B domain. 

As a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to work on one of our most foundational  technologies helping health care teams manage their calendar. You will be working in a product team developing the Visit Motives and Openings functionalities for Doctolib’s core product. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand users' problems & needs across several countries, using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions.
• Drive prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. 
• Lead the delivery autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, rollout and follow-up results and impact. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.

Who you are

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications driven by customer needs.
• Base your strategic product decisions on a strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs - solving complex problems.
• Developed & launched products in a large scale B2C environment, where you needed to change the engine while it ran at full speed.
• Always put the user in the center of your work.
• Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment.
• Are fluent in English + German or French.
