As Senior Product Manager on our Patient Care team, you’ll work side-by-side with our engineering, data, design and clinical teams to unlock new care capabilities that enable us to serve more patients with high-quality, efficacious, convenient care. Reporting into the team’s Senior Director of Product, you’ll set the product strategy for the capabilities and experiences that support Ro’s healthcare team in ensuring each patient receives the optimal treatment for their healthcare goals. You’re a highly collaborative, results-driven product thinker who approaches any new problem space with curiosity, empathy, and a drive for impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the product strategy and execution for one of our platform squads, focusing on our healthcare team’s user experience and the underlying capabilities that enable Ro to effectively help more patients
- Proactively partner with stakeholders around the company, spanning Ro’s care vertical businesses and clinical leadership, to deeply understand and define the problems worth solving in healthcare delivery
- Manage the squad backlog and roadmap, keeping the team aligned on priorities, trade-off decisions, and go-forward strategy
- Collaborate closely with product design to understand the pain points in our healthcare team’s user experience, and how that translates to opportunities in our patient experience
- Partner with our data team to understand and surface patient and business impact
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years product management experience
- Strategic, user-oriented thinking, with proven experience of crafting and communicating strategy
- Experience delivering complex, platform features and communicating impact
- Strong results orientation, with a track record of making tough prioritization decisions
- Effortless collaboration skills – you can easily partner with a variety of stakeholders across a variety of functions
