The Impact You’ll Have
As a Senior Product Manager, Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and building native integrations with key partners. You will work under the guidance of our Head of Partnerships to drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.
This role requires a thorough understanding of cloud services, including infrastructure management, cloud-based data storage, and computing platforms. Your responsibilities will include writing detailed requirements for partner integrations, ensuring seamless compatibility, optimized performance, and adherence to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships to identify and secure strategic partners for native integrations.
Manage the integration process from conception to launch, coordinating with internal engineering teams and partner technical teams.
Identify and deliver quick wins to earn partner trust and create consistent momentum.
Communicate effectively with senior executives, developers, and data scientists to align partnership goals and technical requirements.
Utilize your technical expertise to guide integration strategies and implementation.
Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of partners’ technologies with our products.
Analyze market trends in the synthetic data generation, Generative AI and MLOpsfields to inform partnership strategies.
Contribute to the product roadmap, focusing on strategic growth through partnerships and integrations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships and integrations.
Minimum requirements:
5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3+ years in a product management role.
Strong technical background, ideally with experience in cloud services and generative AI technologies.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnerships, and deliver successful product integrations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives and technical personnel.
Scrappy and execution oriented, capable of making decisions and delivering results quickly.
Some travel will be required.

Compensation
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
Salary Range: $175,000-$215,000 USD
