Summary

As a Sr Product Manager, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, that can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You are able to uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a member of our Product Team, you will broadly be responsible for leading the mobile app pod, working with designers and data analysts to create structure and processes.

You Will:

• Initially responsible for carrying out our Finance Pod roadmap items for 2022
• The Product Manager of the PadSplit Mobile App and manage a cross-functional team
• Working with key stakeholders across the company including other Product Managers to generate the Mobile App roadmap and carry out development
• Leading features through problem crystallization, research, ideation, design, validation, development and release
• Day-to-day management of a cross-functional team comprising of a designers, data analysts, and 3-5 engineers in an Agile environment

You Have:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• 1+ year of experience managing a mobile app
• Strong UX understanding with experience in User Research
• Ability to create structure and improve on processes
• Experience leading multi-functional teams preferably in a marketplace environment
