Senior Product Manager

Ownwell helps property owners save money on property taxes. 

Our proprietary software identifies property owners that are overpaying on property taxes, and

helps us automate the end-to-end process of earning property tax reductions and refunds.

Over $40 billion is overpaid in property taxes each year, and inaccurate property tax valuations

disproportionately affect people of color, immigrants, and low-income communities.

We’re dedicated to making the costs of property ownership more transparent and equitable, and

believe that regardless of status or level of real estate expertise, everyone should have access

to the information, tools, and resources to manage their property taxes like a professional.

We’re seed-stage and growing quickly. We’ve raised over $8M from top-tier venture capital

investors and are looking for talented doers to help us build the future of personal finance for

real estate.

Requirements

4+ years of Product Management experience

A strong consensus builder across multiple teams

You have a platform orientation and optimizes towards what’s best for the user experience to move the platform forward

Strong execution focus and ability to create an actionable plan amongst a certain degree of ambiguity

Experience using Asana, Figma, Miro, Google Docs, etc.

Experience building consumer products

Technical savvy and experience working with front and back end engineering teams

Has shipped technical products or features from ideation through post-launch

Responsibilities

Focus on delivering new products that bring the best Ownwell experiences to customers and stakeholders.

Build new product features that let our users manage their real estate with confidence (PITI)

Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure our development team runs smoothly and builds the highest priority tools.

Own the end-to-end user customer experience for the product

Report and improve activation, conversion, and revenue metrics

Prioritize and manage an agile backlog with multiple development teams

Develop product strategy based on good judgment combined with research and analytics
