What You’ll Do:

With a deep understanding of our users’ needs, wishes, and problems, you will build long term roadmaps for new and existing products and champion our customers’ needs at all times
Drive organic and SEO growth and specialize in all things virality
Oversee every step of the product life cycle. That includes product ideation, strategic planning, impact estimation and modeling, product roadmap, product development, and product launch and growth
Drive innovation, definition, roadmap, and design of A/B tests and experiments to improve retention, story discovery, and subscription rate
Define metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and/or qualitative feedback
Analyze & report product data from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. You’ll also be making sure that all quality, usability, and reliability standards are met
Collaborate with key stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, content, and more

What You'll Bring:

6+ years in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully driving organic growth or creating a viral impact
Experience in customer engagement and community building
You have experience in the mobile applications space and web
Experience in product lifecycle management in the business to consumer space
Startup Hungry: You are proactive; able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment
Think out of the box: You have experience with identifying various business problems or product flaws by coming up with creative solutions. Passion for creating and designing useful innovative products
Location: Onsite in San Francisco Bay Area

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000—$180,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
