Senior Product Manager - Ordering Experience

About the role:

Ankorstore is a fast growing company that aims to be the best way for retailers to find the best brands and products to sell in their shops. This vision won't be possible without a great product, that is built by a group of smart and creative Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Product Designers.

One of the product areas that Ankorstore is currently investing in is the Ordering Experience. This product area covers everything from the moment a retailer decides to place an order, pay for it, and till the moment the order is confirmed by the brand.

The Ordering Experience product team is a new team that will be focused on

- Making it very easy for retailers to pay for their orders using the multiple payment methods and options we have
- Improve the flows used by retailers and brands to confirm and manage their orders
- Improve the messaging product used by retailers and brands to communicate
- Help brands properly manage the invoicing details of their orders

As the Product Manager of this product area, you will work closely with the Software Engineers and Product Designers in your team, and Ankorstore's Finance and Operations teams. You will then conduct research and collaborate with Data Analysts to define strategies and plans for making your product's vision and goals come true.

We expect this team to grow and become multiple teams, so you will have a great product scope to grow and grow in.

The experience we require:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Good spoken/written English skills
• Have an analytical mind, looking to find the core of a problem
• Ability to prioritise work based on impact and cost while considering the company strategy
• Experience working in a cross-functional team of software engineers and product designers
• Ability to seek all kinds of data that can help in making the right product decisions

Other qualities that would add value:

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace
• Experience in FinTech or payment
• A/B testing
