The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Senior Product manager with a passion for building from the ground up a multi-disciplinary Supply Chain Solutions product. This team builds solutions for customers who use Flexport’s emerging Order Management systems to connect with their suppliers and contractors, putting you at the center of a defining and executing an exciting new product vision. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building tools for enterprise workflows and understanding global logistics. The successful candidate will be comfortable aligning with engineering, business, and product stakeholders to prioritize the overall product vision for how customers interact with their shipment and order data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their freight forwarding needs and how Flexport can best address those needs
• Make data driven decisions and implement metrics to manage your team’s progress and impact
• Work closely with our business, operations, and technology teams to develop a roadmap to address the needs of our users
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, data scientists, and operations specialists to implement your product vision
• Become a domain expert: Understand the market, competitive landscape, and how Flexport fits into it all
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions for new products focused on order management and booking management tools. 

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, experience with enterprise software and/or supply chain a plus.
• A track record of creating design-led world-class customer experiences
• Technical competence; might not be an expert, but can talk shop with the best of them
• Experience collaborating with and inspiring engineering teams with a focus on accelerating development velocity
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate prioritization decisions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
