THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to our Partners team in Brazil! 

YOUR IMPACT

• Work together with our partners portal team to develop the best experience to our partners;
• Being part of the Partners focus area and help to improving existing services, products and processes; 
• Actively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to continuously review and improve the current product; functionality and performance;
• Define the payout roadmap; 
• Manage our backlog focus on the company OKRs;
• Directly interact with product designers, engineers and other stakeholders; 
• Conduct spikes/discoveries with the team in order to have a better understanding about a specific subject.

WHO YOU ARE

      Communication:

• Have the ability to communicate product requirements and rationale with all stakeholders in particular engineers, Infosec, designers, operational teams, legal, customer experience, product marketing, country leaders, finance, etc;
• Has excellent writing and verbal communication skills - able to clearly convey the message to the audience in English and Portuguese.

      Background:

• Extensive experience with product development;
• Is organized with backlog and able to justify prioritization;
• Be able to make pragmatic decisions;
• Feels comfortable in speaking about solutions with both engineers and stakeholders (such as dunning best practices, payment options to be available, etc);
• Lead product governance with stakeholders in order to achieve the KPIs set for the product. 

      Data:

• Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to generate reports and insights. SQL knowledge is desirable but not required
• Ability to to analyze complex process and make them simple, friendly and intuitive;
• Is curious enough to see how competitors or similar businesses are evolving their product and apply changes in our product when necessary;
• Balances well the use of qualitative and quantitative data to support her decision making.

     Agile:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
• Capacity to develop original ideas and transform problems into solutions;
• Feels excited to run the Agile Ceremonies together with the Product Design and Tech Lead;
• Understands how the Agile routine works
• Likes to work collaboratively within the Focus Area
