THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Product Managerin our CARE area, Deep Partner Data team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

The CARE team in Product & Technology is responsible for our conversational wellbeing coach product. With it, we help our users connect with their own wellbeing, discover the best partners they can use, define goals and sustain their engagement over time.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;
  • Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders;
  • Drive data product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps;
  • Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products;
  • Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies and deliver impact to our partners, users and clients;
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress;
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and process;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Product management experience with great tech products
  • Experience building data product from scratch in close collaboration with engineering and design team members
  • Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product
  • Be able to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product
  • Desirable experience leading data products, specially those powering LLM products.
  • Ability to nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision;
  • Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions;
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
  • Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions
  • Engineering/ software development background is a plus
  • Experience in agile development environment
