About the Role:

In this role you will own architecting and optimizing the operational infrastructure that enables the Landing team to deliver on our Members’ expectations and solve their problems efficiently at scale. This role requires the ability to understand how all current systems work at the logic level, an expertise in workflow design and process improvement, and a firm grasp on how it all actually works in the real world. We are looking for a product manager who is passionate about building the ideal user experience while striving to understand the complexities of system integrations and operational impacts.

What You'll Do:

You’ll partner cross-functionally to craft, influence and execute the strategy and vision for the company’s internal tools - across Supply, Customer Support, and Logistics.
You’ll understand the nuances of operational inputs and outputs, and the impacts of changes on the overall experience for both Landing team members and our customers by getting in front of our users and into the field
You’ll use data to discover new opportunities, drive decision-making, and build alignment (prioritization) across the organization
You’ll work with business users through both strategic and tactical planning discussions to develop functional requirements
You’ll implement best in class product development and management practices, communicating product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, the company, to users, etc.
You will define, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and feedback into key product decisions.

What You Need:

5+ years of product or technical program management experience.
3+ years of experience working in an operations or logistics-focused environment.
You have built and scaled products, marketplaces, or ecosystems that people love
You are able to understand and simplify complex ideas and processes.
You have demonstrated experience of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
You have strong organizational and leadership qualities, are an over-communicator with a proactive ownership style, and demonstrate a hands-on mentality to jump in and get things done when it counts
BA/BS degree is preferred, ideally in technical, design, or social sciences-related field.
