Senior Product Manager, Payments
Location - UK (Remote)

The OpenTable Product Team is dedicated to empowering restaurants to provide great dining experiences to diners around the globe. Our OpenTable consumer products are depended on by millions of diners to find and enjoy great restaurants - we create the connections between diners and restaurants.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to set the vision, strategic direction and roadmap for the payments product line here at OpenTable. You will be responsible for leading the area to meet strategic goals and market demand for payments solutions. Your work will be focused on building solutions that will bring value to our diners and global restaurant partners. You would learn and advise our teams and work directly with a strong development team to ship world class features while collaborating with collaborators from all over the company.
In this role, you will:
Drive the vision and strategy through deep understanding of our customer and business goals
Lead the identification of user problems, technical development, and launch of innovative products
Evaluate and work with external payment service providers to ensure OT payment product lines are optimized for technical and financial performance
Align and communicate with cross company collaborators and executives on strategic initiatives
Iterate web and app experiences to increase engagement and satisfaction
Slice and dice data and contextualize it towards rapid growth
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Partner with UX and Engineering partners on discovery and development tracks
Constantly assess customer needs, technology trends, and major competitors
Please apply if:
5+ years in a product management role and work experience
3+ years of B2C or B2B Payments or related experience
Exceptional collaboration skills; ability to gain the respect of your product, design, engineering, and product marketing counterparts
Experience negotiating with executive and cross company stakeholders
Delivered clear and concise communications across all levels
Data-centricity; a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact
Creativity; you will have lots of fresh ideas and be hungry to test them and see the results
Experience shipping and leading full stack products and solutions
Experience with agile processes and lean methodology
Understanding of user experience design principles
Worked on a successful hyperlocal or global marketplace
Worked on multiple successful payment products
User empathy and experience with running in-person user tests
Worked closely with sales teams, partnering with customers and translating feedback
Recorded product videos or demoed their work to large audiences
