Responsibilities
We are looking for an Senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for the success of the on-prem capabilities. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will translate real-world customer challenges into problems that can be addressed by the engineering team.
You will also ensure that product features and innovations are communicated effectively to drive adoption. You will also be responsible to:

Shape the product strategy and roadmap

Understand the users, market, and competition

Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders

Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery

Bring teams together to define and implement product features

Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders

Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
At least 5 years experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver great product experiences
-
Strong technical background and understanding of operating systems and enterprise software
-
Responsive to supporting the field on critical asks and customer needs
-
Strong understanding of software security and reliability
-
Define success as customer impact, not the successful delivery of a feature, and have a track record of moving the needle on key business and customer outcomes

You have a proven ability to make smart features versus time-to-market trade-offs. You have demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision

You can tell compelling stories that inspire action and motivate audiences

Have a curious, growth mindset that is eager to gather new information and develop new understandings of the world

Creative problem-solving at the intersection of a fast-growing business and cutting-edge technology

Technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent work experience
