About the role
Ogury are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our AdExchange Team in Paris or remotely in France. This is a huge opportunity within the company as there is a lot of room to innovate and build the next generation of Ogury products.
Following our success with in-app, we are growing fast in-web. You will work incredibly close to data scientists to improve our algorithms leveraging AI/ML to optimise campaign performance and allocation. Whilst working closely with AdOps, Product and Engineering Teams across the globe. It's a real opportunity to be in contact with users in real-time and work on productivity issues and building key features for AdOps.
What you will be doing
- Participating in regular stand-ups within the engineering team, following the daily progress of the product team.
- You will work on product discovery, research and you will work closely with AdOps on how to improve day to day, and building tools to optimise campaign and support campaign delivery.
- Conducting your own market analysis & industry research to understand your competition but also identify customer problem solving, stakeholder feedback, and testing results.
- Monitoring data dashboards and improve efficiency of buying engine alongside data scientists (Ad Buying Engine)
- Research, interviewing users, looking at the data on information that works/what does not. Solving issues, working on specs.
- Maintaining the roadmap. Clear ETA’s on features.
- Building Product Specifications and partnering with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering in France and Serbia to deliver your projects efficiently.
- Success in this role is that our AdOps are able to operate campaigns significantly easier, with improvement of the productivity of the team.
About you
- We are looking for someone with experience within Advertising or Marketing, potentially with experience in a buying engine/algorithms.
- If you have an engineering background this is a bonus as you will work closely with data scientists and engineers on your day to day.
- Experience with large amounts of data
- Experience with cross communication with other teams in a global environment.
- Someone who is a real team player, potentially with experience in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- You have a UI/UX sensibility
