About the role

Ogury is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Data & Insight Team in Paris or remotely in France. This teams is the backbone of our Personified Targeting strategic positioning with ambition to be the category leader and re-set the standards of the industry. This is an unique opportunity to build the next generation of Ogury products.

Our switch to ID Less, placement-level targeting and Insight generation, is getting huge traction with agencies, advertisers and publishers. At the core of our Personified Strategy lie our abilities to qualify the open web with contextual and behavioural, survey-derived data. We need now to further anchor it and make it reach its full potential and fuel into all the lines of products and partnerships : being able to identify audiences and drive qualified traffic to any screen with no user IDs required.

It's a real opportunity to be at the core of a new paradigm in advertising, more relevant for users, advertisers and more respectful of privacy.

What you will be doing

  • As Product Manager – Data & Insights you will help create the strategy and vision for Personified Advertising, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will own the product roadmap and KPIs, and work with engineers, program managers, designers and researchers to ensure the delivery of data-driven products to satisfy the needs of our members.
  • Independently identify opportunities to advance the member and business needs, and build consensus around a roadmap that achieves our product goals. 
  • Motivate and partner with business leads, designers, program managers and engineer teams to design, plan, develop and launch new features or products
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution, learning and adoption.
  • Monitor competitors and compare and contrast different approaches.

  • More specifically

  • Your first task will be to anchor the survey capability in the Personified Targeting for it to be reach its full potential, and become a currency on the ecosystem (audit & certification)
  • The very notion of engagement/attention is what we want to push to command price premium and stickiness. We aim to drive to advertisers qualified traffic in terms of attention/engagement. With limited tracking possibilities, the quality of feedback signals we can get in this environment is crucial. In this new context, format/creative, and rich interactions must be considered as a data collection method. You will work with agencies, business leads, designers in framing a suite of products built upon it.
  • Collaboration with other teams : Data & Insight is the core of all our product lines and on top of the collection, the way it is exposed and made available to other teams is central. On top of You’ll have to work closely with Demand and Supply teams on interface contracts (APIs, UI, designs, ..) to be integrated in their products

About you

  • We are looking for someone with experience within Advertising or Marketing, ideally experience in Insight and/or Market Research
  • Trailblazer and innovator mindset
  • If you have an engineering background or this is a bonus as you will work closely with data scientists and engineers on your day to day.
  • Experience with large amounts of data
  • Experience with cross communication with other teams in a global environment.
  • Someone who is a real team player, potentially with experience in a start-up/scale-up environment.
  • You have a UI/UX sensibility
