Why this role matters:
As a Senior Product Manager for Data & Analytics on the Fusion (UC/CC) Platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in building analytics foundations that are purpose-built for modern customer and business needs. As AI transforms the customer experience, data becomes both the engine and the fuel. Customers don’t just want more data—they want the right data, structured and modeled to surface meaningful insights across omnichannel journeys.
Internally, a clean, well-defined analytics pipeline enables consistent reporting, faster innovation, and a shared source of truth across the organization. This role bridges the gap between what our customers need to know and how our platform delivers that knowledge, ensuring our analytics infrastructure is relevant, scalable, and future-proof.
