Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (reporting to the Chief Product Officer) to lead product definition and delivery for one of our product teams that is responsible for our forecasting, capacity planning, and payroll capabilities. You’ll work closely with your engineering and design partners to deliver and be accountable for driving outcomes.

Specifically, this team will ensure that Monograph proactively identifies and alerts architects with insights to improve their plans for the future, so they can dedicate their time to their craft. For example, we can let them know when they need to hire more folks, find more work, move their staff from one project to another - all without any input from them!

You’ll have a lot of data at your disposal, direct access to customers, and autonomy to determine the best way to achieve this outcome.

About the role

Product Strategy. You’ll ensure that you have a strategy for effectively and uniquely solving our customers problems and laddering up into our company strategy.
Goal Setting. You’ll hold yourself and your team accountable to clear and measurable goals that ensure you are tracking effectively towards the strategy.
Planning and Execution. You’ll lead the development of a roadmap that delivers on your strategy, help define the solutions, ensure the execution and measure the results.
Collaboration. You’ll do all of the above working collaboratively with your engineering and design partners on your team and other cross-functional partners on the go-to-market teams.

About you

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products.
User Focused. You start with identifying the problems you need to solve for your customers and are open to different approaches for solutions.
Strong systems and analytical thinker. Can connect the dots, spot challenges, edge cases, and balance multiple priorities.
Flexibility and adaptability. We are still a small team with large ambitions. While we believe in strong focus, theres inevitably is a lot of fast moving work happening at once. You’ll be expected to keep strong momentum while also pushing back if we lose focus.

Compensation Range: $160,000 - $190,000 depending on relevant experience and location.
