Senior Product Manager, Moderation

Role Description

You will own the strategy and development of a world-class moderator experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for the moderation experience, which includes mod onboarding, content curation, community creation, community growth, and community cultivation.
• Partner with design, data, engineering, community, and other internal stakeholders to drive the execution of a comprehensive suite of mod-focused launches, spanning the gamut from iterative improvements to brand new foundational experiences.
• Talk to, learn from, and build relationships with Reddit moderators.

Required Qualifications

• You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
• You have experience building 0-to-1 products.
• You love engaging directly with your users.
• You can effectively gather, solicit, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user feedback, and balance it with your strong product intuition.
• You are a compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align a diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal.

• You have exceptional independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have both b2b and b2c experience.
• You have experience building desktop productivity tools.
• You can work in a North America-friendly time zone.
