How you will make an impact:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Mobile Channels to join the Creation and Channels Experience team. Channels conversations are at the heart of our user experience. The Product Team works with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy every day.

You'll work with our teams and directly with our customers to help determine and prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterable's business. You'll have ownership over a broad product portfolio and associated roadmap, delivering delightful and creative experiences to our customers. This PM role has a large Mobile focus but will touch on other areas of strategic ownership.

You'll get to dive deep, becoming an expert and driving our In-App and In-Browser messaging strategy forward. You will oversee strategic mobile integrations, branch into new channels, and develop cross channel features. This is an essential role with the need for a PM to be technically experienced and dive deep with Engineering, CS, and our Solutions team.

You are comfortable around APIs and SDKs, and are also passionate about usability and love to work with design on the user experience and how customers work with our product. It's important that you want to help Iterable and our customers grow and succeed. You'll report to the Group PM of Channels.

How you will make a difference:

Contribute to the success of our channels and help us grow and expand channels
Be the internal "voice of the customer"
Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Documentation and Sales teams, along with other PMs to ship products
Understand customer personas and use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features and enhancements
Build use cases and determine product requirements to roll out new features and enhancements
Provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality
Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities

We are looking for people who have:

Experience as a Sr Product Manager for a consumer application
Experience working on a B2B SaaS product
Experience with mobile technologies including iOS, Android, Over the Top (OTT) media services
Delivered intuitive UI experiences
Delivered valuable/usable APIs and/or SDKs; deep understanding of how APIs function front-to-back
Experience working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira
Experience with user testing and data analysis
Experience driving decisions based on business and technical data
Experience working in a shifting environment
Excel at solving complex technical problems
Enjoy partnering with engineering to translate customer needs

Bonus points:

Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies
Experience using data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Looker) to bring insights
Prior work experience in B2B and B2C markets
Prior work or familiarity with development of mobile, OTT, or web applications

The annual base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $219,450. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition we offer perks such as a lunch subsidy and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
