FullStory’s mission is to improve user experiences everywhere. If you are someone who has a background in mobile platforms and can identify meaningful trends and opportunities related to quantitative and qualitative analytics, this role may be for you.

We’re looking for an insatiably curious, data informed, and technically ambitious product manager; someone who can deep dive into our tech stack with our engineers, and discuss how the ever-changing native mobile landscape affects our customers.

You are an evidence-based champion of the customer who can artfully influence across teams to bring new capabilities to FullStory’s mobile customers.

Day-to-day you'll:

  • Understand how FullStory mobile customers are using our product, where mobile technologies are headed, and be able to synthesize those learnings into a clear product direction.
  • Work with engineering and design to define and execute the mobile roadmap around FullStory’s SDKs and data capture efficiently and with high quality.
  • Develop product artifacts including product requirements, wireframes, process flows, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, and customer experience (CX).
  • Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success to our customers.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 6+ years of product management experience with a B2B, SaaS, or Analytics focus
  • Has led open source, SDK, or Framework projects
  • Has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver results in an ever-changing environment
  • Has experience with analytics tools and quantitative/qualitative capabilities
  • Has experience turning raw data into a compelling story to illustrate what happened and why it matters

It would be amazing if:

  • You can empathize with pain points unique to mobile app development, and enjoy creating cohesive, usable experiences
  • You’ve developed software within iOS or Android in a professional capacity
  • You are insatiably curious, always asking why, and listening closely to the answers
  • You are user-centric, highly-motivated, and an enthusiastic self-starter
