The database market is massive (IDC estimates it to be $121B+ by 2025!) and MongoDB is at the head of its disruption. At MongoDB we are transforming industries and empowering developers to build amazing apps that people use every day. We are the leading modern data platform and the first database provider to IPO in over 20 years. Join our team and be at the forefront of innovation and creativity.

At MongoDB, we are building the modern data platform for our developers.  The MongoDB Data Mobility team’s goal is to empower our customers to migrate, share, and synchronize data across their organization to support key onboarding, pre-production and production use cases. We succeed when our prospective customers see a consistent and predictable path to migrate their workloads, as well as when our existing customers have predictable and consistent system behavior for migrating, sharing, and synchronizing their data for development and production use cases.

We are looking for an exceptional product management leader to come join our team and take on a key role in our Core Database (Data Mobility)  product organization. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that is leading innovation in a $60B+ market. The team leads product direction, packaging, and pricing for the fastest growing database technology.
