Senior Product Manager - Billing & Accounts Tooling | Remotely from The Netherlands or UK

We’re one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world and we’re looking to expand our impressive Product Team with an experienced Product Manager-Billing & Accounts Tooling
The Senior Product Manager will own Accounts, Users, and Billing and will play a key role in facilitating seamless account integration with our MessageBird products. The Senior Product Manager will also nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders including the Customer Success Team and the Compliance Team in order to identify emerging customer needs and advocate if/when/how we should allocate resources to new initiatives. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with the User Experience (UX) team to deeply understand the customer and will execute on product ideas in close partnership with Engineering teams. Working on core components of our platform, this opportunity will pave the way for broader growth within MessageBird.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Within your first 30 days, work to understand our customers, their challenges, and opportunities to improve your focus area of accounts/users/billing. Build relationships with key partners in UX and Engineering and key internal stakeholders.
- By 90 days, you will have a good understanding of our current state. Using data, you begin making proposals on where we should be focusing and identifying where we could really thrive.
- During months 6-12, you’ve gotten buy-in on initiatives and are making significant forward progress, setting milestones, and achieving them.
- Take control of a strategic project for account integration across MessageBird products with the goal of providing a seamless user experience.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years as Senior Product Manager, with experience in creating products for B2B SaaS companies
- Analytically and technically adept at distilling large data sets to create actionable insights
- Previous experience working with accounts, users, and/or billing for enterprise SaaS products is a bonus but not required.
