Bolt is hiring a product manager to be the single-threaded owner of the Bolt merchant dashboard. This is the dashboard that all merchants use to manage their Bolt business and is where merchants go to understand their performance, enable/disable new features, manage user roles and permissions, and get notified about business-critical issues. This role will involve strong partnership with design to create an intuitive information architecture and create a platform framework for internal product teams to deploy their features to merchants.
What you’ll do…
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the merchant dashboard
- Partner with design to define an intuitive information architecture, and hold a high design bar that “doesn’t ship the org chart”
- Partner with engineering to define a platform architecture that allows internal product teams to easily deploy features to merchants
- Systematically measure merchant satisfaction and NPS
What would set you up for success…
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience working with designers to create user experiences
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C companies is a plus
