Cazoo was founded in 2018 to transform the way people buy used cars. We believe everyone deserves to feel total assurance when buying a car. Our vision is to deliver the UK’s best car buying experience by putting the customer first and making it no different from buying any other product online today. We are backed by top investors and directed by an experienced management team including Founder and CEO, Alex Chesterman, OBE.
We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to join the Cazoo team.
The role is focussed on the search and exploration experience of our customers.
You will own one or more products and be responsible for leading their full life cycle, owning the vision, supporting strategy and communicating a roadmap. You’ll take your product from ideation and discovery, through design, delivery, preparation for launch, measuring of success, and iterations.
You will be central to building and growing your product area and outcomes by leading a team through discovery to implementation and beyond.
At Cazoo we believe in autonomous empowered Product Teams. Working closely with engineering, you are ultimately responsible for making sure we’re building the right things for users of your products. Your partners in engineering are responsible for making sure we build these things in the right way, but both of you care deeply about both things - it’s one team!
Cazoo is the UK’s fastest unicorn - our aim is to transform the way people purchase used cars and you will play a critical role in supporting that mission.
The Exploration team is part of the Merchandising world at Cazoo. The Merchandising mission is to make researching and choosing your next car so transparent, simple and reassuring, our customers will feel confident they’ve made the right choice. The Exploration team helps Cazoo customers find the right car for their needs. We want customers to feel confident buying a car online with Cazoo, and not likely to return it.
Our selection process will typically involve a chat on the phone and a few hours of interviews where you’ll have a chance to meet the team. Our interview process is built around understanding your experience and focus as a Product Manager, not making you sweat or catching you out.
We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity and inclusivity. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, sexual orientation, colour, religion, national origin, disability status or marital status.
