In 2018 we launched <vpTech/> - the IT community of Veepee. Our teams are widely distributed within the offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Barcelona, Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam andTel-Aviv.
Your role is to own the B2C product strategy on Veepee’s Marketplace on the tribe level by collaborating with Lead Product, Other Marketplace Product Managers, Marketplace Business team, and VpTech within and outside our Connected Commerce (Marketplace) tribe.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to help share and drive the vision for Veepee’s Marketplace, both short and long term.
- Develop and own a product strategy that is clearly articulated, easily understood, and delivers meaningful value to our customers and Veepee’s Marketplace business over time.
- Translate Strategy into an actionable product roadmap and measurable product KPI’s, in line with Veepee’s strategy, answering on defined company priorities.
- Settle dashboard and report autonomously on the Product performance.
- Prioritize product development through continuous iteration and experimentation in collaboration with another Product Owner in your squad.
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, product designers, marketers, sales, and engineers to drive product execution.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to drive a coherent strategy towards a shared vision within the B2C Buying Experience with a strong focus on Search, Catalogs, Product Sheets, and Checkout.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a proven track record in E-commerce / Marketplace.
- Experienced with using qualitative and quantitative data (especially from A/B tests) to make product decisions.
- You also know when and how to balance data with intuition.
- Experienced working with UX Research and Design.
- Passionate about solving real customer problems and advocating for their needs.
- You’re opinionated about trying to minimize any negative impact on the customer experience.
- Inspiring, engaging, and clear communication style; optimistic and forward-looking!
- Natural collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and Research.
- Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap defining measurable KPIs.
- The Capability to abstract and transform customer needs into simple, tangible and structured expectations
