What You Get to Do

This role will support Lattice’s suite of Manager Tools, which help managers cultivate continuous, meaningful interactions through tools like manager-direct 1:1s, asynchronous updates, and continuous feedback. These tools also play a key role by integrating with the rest of Lattice's platform, promoting cross-product engagement and widespread adoption of the Lattice suite throughout the company. You’ll work closely with your design and engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, in order to plan, build, and launch features to our growing customer base. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with user research to gather customer feedback, identify pain points and deeply understand user problems
• Help define a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into a roadmap of discrete projects
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Influence other product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in your product area
• Define product KPIs to track the success of the features that we launch
• Work with Data analysts to understand and contextualize user behavior and drive user growth
• Determine how to iterate on launched features based on metrics and customer feedback
• Deeply understand the problems that you're tackling through research and regular interaction with customers and analytics teams; define, frame, and solve those problems for your product

Who You Are

• 2-5+ years of experience as a product manager within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience building engaging, consumer-grade experiences at a SaaS company; previous work on productivity software preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to drive first-party cross-product integrations and collaborate with other product teams.
• A track record of owning feature and product development end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
• Focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands.
