Senior Product Manager

Our small but experienced founding team of nine have built businesses such as Monzo, Amazon, Weezy, Gousto and we’ve recently raised our seed funding of £5 million with Octopus Ventures. We know what it takes to build products enjoyed by millions of people across the world. In order for us to complete our mission though, we need to find like-minded folks who care about the same things we do - that's where you come in.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to help shape the development of the best grocery & cooking experience in the world. We have an amazing team of engineers and product designers working on a product that is already part of thousands of people’s lives. This is a perfect time to join if you want to build everything from the ground up, lead product strategy for the ‘next big thing’ and help us build a strong product management discipline across Lollipop.

🚀 What your day-to-day will include:

• Generating customer hypotheses, evaluating product opportunities, delivering solutions and measuring customer impact within your squad
• Being responsible for leading your squad's dynamics, processes, meetings and comms
• Proactively finding additional opportunities to show leadership, e.g. working with our CEO & Founders to develop a product strategy
• Growing and mentoring other team members, facilitating workshops
• Staying on top of relevant trends and developments in our industry
• Making sure we are following all regulatory / legal requirements

Requirements

😍 We’d love to hear from you if...

• You have a wealth of experience in a product management role in scaling tech startup with a track record of successful outcomes
• You know how to feed growth, social behaviours and virality into delightful user features
• You are experienced in defining and driving product discovery, building strategies, goals and lightweight roadmaps biased towards action and impact
• You have solid experience of using qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive product development
• You can construct thoughtful experiments that are able to drive your product decisions alongside more qualitative inputs
• You have experience of operating in cross-functional teams, working with engineers, product designers and analysts to run quickly experiments and improve your area of the product at a rapid pace
• You're a self-starter who thrives on operating in a fast paced environment
• You are a first-class communicator with excellent leadership and relationship building skills

• Salary range: £95K - £100K (depending on experience) with substantial EMI options

The interview process is as followed:

• Initial video call - 30 minutes
• Take home task - please spend no more than 1 hour on this
• Product Management role specific interview to walk through task - 1 hour [CTO & our PM]
• Product strategy role specific discussion - 1 hour [CEO & Product Advisor]
