We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that will help Lokalise shape the future of Lokalise Apps (Ecosystem, Integrations, Plugins) - from vision and strategy, through the roadmap, ending on hands-on execution with cross-functional teams.
You will:
- Champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Lokalise Apps product experience
- Drive execution in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication internally and with our Customers
- Engage with our senior leadership team to develop longer-term strategy, plan, and product directions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customers, develop overall go-to-market strategy and plan, including packaging, pricing, and positioning
- Gain a deep understanding of our Customers through direct contact and qualitative and quantitative research
You must have:
- 3+ years of product management, ideally in a fast-paced B2B web product environment
- Passion for building great intuitive user experiences on top of underlying complex products - simplifying complex tasks for end-users
- High user-centric, user-empathy based product instincts and sensibilities - demonstrated by recent product enhancements that improved key user metrics
- Experience leading strategic product initiatives, influencing and aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision and execution plan
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:
- Experience in building Integrations, Plugins, Apps, Marketplace for B2B SaaS
- Tech background, or strong experience in product development for developers
