The Team You’ll Work With
You’ll be leading a team within the LLC business unit. We founded Carta LLC in 2019 with a mission to expand Carta’s total addressable market and acquire more nodes in the ownership graph outside Venture.
Carta LLC is Carta’s first step into alternative assets including Private Equity, Real Estate, Professional Services Organizations, Roll-ups, and other non-tech operating companies. To do this, Carta LLC must support the disparate equity structures, heavier reliance on documents, and multi-entity structures we see in these companies.
In 2021 we entered the market, generated our first $1m ARR, and established a foothold to grow from.
You’ll be joining a high growth team in a critical moment in time where we grow from 100 to 1000 customers.
The Problems You’ll Solve
Zero to one, help build Carta’s next hundred million dollar product line.
You will run your scrum team as a CEO runs the business. You will clearly define a product strategy and be held accountable for executing against that strategy by shipping a high quality product in a timely manner.
You will own the end to end product lifecycle for your product area, including market research, product requirements, agile scrum development, and product marketing.
You will need to balance strategic investments in new features with deepening product quality and depth of the product you have.
