We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Berlin.

As a Product Manager at Babbel, you will create and deliver an amazing learning experience for our learners, guided by a user-centered design based on clear KPIs and data. You will facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams in an agile environment,  ensuring that we’re building experiences that solve important learner problems in creative, scalable and measurable ways.

You will be:

• Leading a cross-functional agile team working on our high-growth Live product, driving engagement and product-led growth to achieve our strategic ambitions. 
• Prioritizing opportunities & managing the end-to-end product development process within your cross-functional product team, informed by strategy and OKRs.
• Setting strategic direction by sharing learner and data inspired insights, to inform product strategy & vision.
• Developing strong partnership and collaboration with your key product functions (Design, Engineering, Research, Didactics) and relevant parts of the business. 
• Building data-inspired hypotheses, and after measuring, monitoring and analyzing metrics to optimize existing features and to learn from minimum viable features. 
• Together with your Engineering partner, continuously improving your team’s engagement & ways of working, drive decision-making & increase velocity.

You are:

• Passionate about improving language learning, and knows when to apply attention to detail, when to make raw prototypes quickly, and when to consult experts
• An advocate for delight and emotion in your products
• Motivated to achieve business goals
• Data driven, business-oriented, and eager to innovate and learn continuously through rapid testing

You have:

• 5+ years experience working as a product manager, or similar role, in high performing, cross functional teams that have shipped products at scale
• You can influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you.
• You are experienced with working with agile cross-functional development teams to build world-class software applications - experience with continuous discovery and delivery techniques is a strong plus.
• You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audience types
• You have experience delivering marketplace software solutions - and have deep empathy for both the buyer and seller experiences
• Delivered initiatives against engagement KPIs 
• Experience with product-led growth is a plus
