  • Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve, partnering with business stakeholders to shape and drive business cases for product features.
  • Work with data and research teams to conduct in-depth evaluation to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and marketing, to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through iterative development and experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and user feedback to optimize product features and functionality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and indicators to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven results.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset within Lime, advocating for the needs and preferences of Lime riders in all product decisions.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
  • Record of successfully launching consumer-impacting features or products.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices, including product discovery, design thinking, agile methodologies, and product analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Has experience working in an evolving startup environment.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the micromobility/transportation landscape and its difficulties.
