As a Senior Product Manager, you will help identify product opportunities to deliver a technology roadmap that expands our product offerings and delivers new experiences to our customers. You will help drive technology innovation in the form of products, features, and platforms. You will contribute to the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap. As a key member of the Product leadership team, the Senior Product Manager will work with other leaders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Data. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work on the following:

Execution

  • Write and Review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Prioritize bug lists
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards + track product KPIs

Strategy

  • Identify new, meaningful product opportunities that fit into a squad's overarching vision, gets onto the roadmap, and achieves their intended objectives
  • Inspire and define a clear product vision and plan for a squad, which proves to enable that team's overall success

Prioritization

  • Drive progress on a complete roadmap- even in the face of obstacles or conflict - by building consensus, making decisions, and escalating as appropriate
  • Negotiate and persuade product leaders to get buy-in for ideas
  • Maintain a prioritized, rolling product roadmap that is updated at least weekly

Hiring and Coaching

  • Regularly contributes to PM recruiting
  • Materially enables the success of other PMs in related areas

Ideal background and expertise: 

  • 5+ years of experience at leading technology companies in Product Management or other roles bridging business and technology
  • A successful history of working on consumer products required , consumer-based financial services experience preferred.
  • A proven history of owning a product and driving growth 
  • Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to assemble and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence across all levels and foster alignment and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to distill key takeaways quickly
  • MBA preferred
