Senior Product Manager, Lending

About the Role:

You'll launch brand new lending products to our customers, from discovery to delivery and innovative improvement. We are looking for a rare combination of consumer product skills with strong data analytics understanding.

You'll partner with an engineering manager to lead a squad with embedded engineering, design, analytics, product marketing, data analytics, risk, and ops to create quick feedback and execution loops. You'll report to the VP of Product and Design for Passbook.

• Drive massive customer growth and build competitive advantage
• Integrate customer and business goals that achieve a winning strategy
• Build squad vision and strategy
• Lead continuous improvement with your team to become of the best teams in fintech at delivering unique products with excellence to our customers
• Transform the lives of immigrants and their families through the healthy products you bring to market

You Have:

• 3+ years building consumer facing product
• Fluency in making meaning, finding insights, and delivering customer value through data - preferably formal education in economics, business, math, or a related field
• Qualitative and quantitative customer development expertise
• Large toolbox of frameworks and methods for all aspects of product management
• Experience delivering through formal ownership and through cross functional influence
