ABOUT THE TEAM

Ledger Platform is a core banking platform team. They own and build infrastructure that is core to enabling Trade Republic to grow and scale. Their purpose is to build the backbone that will allow new products and services to be easily plugged in. We’re looking for a senior product manager to lead this function. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Scale lean, modular, and service-oriented systems for multiple use cases

• Build capabilities into the platform in an API-first, scalable and modular fashion

• Monitor and measure performance and feed improvements back into the roadmap and product

• Measure and improve the performance and reliability of our APIs in Ledger Platform

• Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and technical requirements to drive strategy and implementation of new tools and services

• Work in close collaboration with engineering to develop technical requirements and roadmap

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience

• Deep understanding of systems - particularly system design and integrations

• Knowledge of how to measure technical system performance data informed decision making

• Experience with integrations & APIs

• Previous experience with banking products a plus
