Klaviyo, Inc. Product Manager position in Boston, MA: Develop product specifications with product design and engineering to understand technical details and trade-offs for specific outcomes. Support, build, release, and launch software product improvements and new features. Formulate strategy and roadmap for specific product area and contribute to knowledge sharing. Advise on portfolio for software product with sales teams and customers. Track, analyze, and improve metrics for managed products. Develop data insights strategy and deliver incremental products and features. Create and maintain sales forecasting, reporting, and provide analysis. Develop plans to introduce products in new markets. Ideate and prioritize features and work that will move key metrics. Collaborate with sales teams and technical teams to understand and address customer requirements and provide sales support. Research user behavior to understand end-user and customer context. Research industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements. Deliver technical presentations that explain products and services. Define use cases that a customer can consider for leveraging product, document potential ways to solve identified issues, identify outstanding concerns, and flag edge cases.
