About the Role

Job searching is broken. With so much work and risk on the job seeker, employers still hold much of the power. How do we give career conscious professionals full transparency into what they’re applying to, without all the effort of the traditional job search?

The Glassdoor Job Discovery team's mission is to build a radically transparent job matching and discovery experience. We do this by combining the vast job inventory of our sister company Indeed with the world’s most comprehensive employer reviews of Glassdoor. After years of running a top job board, we’re off to a good start, but we have a lot of work to do!

As the Senior Product Manager, Job Discovery, you’ll focus on the full stack of Glassdoor Jobs. To us, this means combining a deep empathy for the world’s professionals, with an intuition for complex technical systems, and driving through masterful stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with data science, Biz Ops, engineering, UX design, and form deep partnerships with Machine Learning and Product Management teams at our partner Indeed.

We know the nature of how we work is rapidly changing and at Glassdoor, we are helping to shape the future. This is a unique opportunity to help shape that future with us.
