The Jira Service Management (JSM) Data Center team delivers Atlassian's service management solution for all teams. Built on Jira, it encompasses deeper service management practices across asset, service, change, and incident management. As Senior Product Manager on JSM, reporting to a Group Product Manager, you will define the strategy, evaluate product opportunities, analyse industry trends, customer and partner needs, and prioritise features and improvements. You will work with other product managers and your team of engineering, design, analytics and marketing to propose, critically evaluate, build and launch improvements. You will ensure that the right decisions are made to have maximum impact for our customers and team. Your work will have impact on Atlassian's largest customers who work with Data Center products to achieve the world's biggest missions.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with other product managers to define a vision and form a compelling product roadmap that makes JSM a scalable and trusted product for our enterprise customers
  • Solve unique challenges, from creating in-product user experiences to building scalable solutions for enterprise customers in a growing and competitive market
  • Partner with engineering, design and support specialists to ship projects and lead your teams to success.

Your background:

  • 5+ years product management experience, working on mature products for enterprise customers
  • Success with developing a high-level product strategy and roadmap and rallying a team deliver value to enterprise customers
  • Strength in prioritising opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business, and communicating the rationale behind your decisions, including to executive leadership
  • Technical fluency to understand and deliver on complex, enterprise-level requirements
  • Experience with building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation
  • Comfortable defining and tracking important business and success metrics
  • You are customer-centric and you enjoy working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful experiences.

It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Computer science or a related technical degree
  • Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B)
  • Previous experience in the fields of project management, service management, and enterprise software.
