The Jira Enterprise Features (JEF) team is a newly formed team in Jira Platform. The Jira Enterprise Features (JEF) team is focused on building capabilities required by our large-scale enterprise customers. Our vision is to drive cloud adoption, retention, and engagement of Jira Cloud through best in class enterprise capabilities making Jira a happy home for enterprises. JEF is one of the key teams driving overall adoption, engagement, retention, and CSAT of Jira.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

Lead and drive key projects influencing top level company objectives for next few years
Own a portfolio of product initiatives, driving across multiple cross-functional teams, that will enable and enhance adoption, retention and engagement for Jira Cloud
Identify new opportunities for JEF by uncovering insights into customer’s needs and challenges (requires you to interview customers and work with various customer facing teams to gain insights and formulate strategy)
Help define the product strategy, own end-to-end development of your roadmap, and partner daily with teams across multiple disciplines
Be a subject matter expert within Atlassian on enterprise customer needs. You will form a deep sense of empathy for our key personas (by talking to our customers) to surface their pain and use these insights to build capabilities that will delight our enterprise admins and users. Most of all, you will impact millions of users and thousands of partners for decades to come

On your first day, we'll expect you have:

4+ years of product management experience
Proven track record of building SaaS or PaaS products with keen understanding of their business models and drivers of growth.
True obsession for customers – you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems because it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning! You will be the voice of the customer in the Jira Platform team.
Be a Master in Product Management Craft: experience in developing high-level product strategy and roadmap that can span multiple years, communicating it to executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team behind it.
Be very data-informed in making key strategic decisions impacting several teams and millions of customers.
Be comfortable wading into the tough decisions to help your team get stuff done
A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority across disciplines and at all levels of the organization
Ability to build a compelling business case for new opportunities
