Atlassian's IT Solutions focus on crafting a unified and modern IT solutions portfolio spanning IT service management (ITSM), operations management (ITOPs/ITOM), business management (ITBM), enterprise service management (ESM), SmartOps, and more.
This is a Senior Product manager IC role, which will focus on building/enhancing ITOPs capabilities for Atlassian's IT solutions. In this role you'll be pivotal in unifying and defining multiple ITOPs capabilities (incident management, alert management, analytics/reporting, mobile apps and more) across ITSM and DevOps markets. This role requires collaborating across multiple teams to help define a cohesive strategy, roadmap and then help drive execution. This area is fundamental to increasing the adoption of IT solution portfolios and helping various enterprises scale their operations. Preferred background:
- 6 to 9 years of PM experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services and/or platforms
- Has worked in large scale highly collaborative companies across timezones
- Have deep understanding of cloud tech, IT and Dev environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT org structures, buying/refresh/adoption cycles
- Experience working directly with customers in collaboration with sales/systems engineering teams for large deployments or deals
Must Have:
- A strong passion for building simple, scalable technology
- A minimum of 3 years direct experience in ITOPs, ITSM or DevOps or related domain
- Strong product sense and ability to communicate across stakeholders
- Computer Science or technical degree or few years in engineer roles in the past
