Your future team
Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Manager on the IT Marketing Technology team. The Senior MarTech Product Manager collaborates directly with internal stakeholders to collect, document, and clarify their requirements, and acts as a bridge to the technical team who build solutions and create continuous value for the business.

What you'll do
- Document business problems/needs, functional requirements and more to support system changes
- Build strong working relationships across business and technical teams
- Understand stakeholders changes and drive product roadmaps
- Improve business processes
- Identify and explain the impact of decisions on upstream and downstream areas, trade-offs, benefits
- Design and administer UAT sessions, troubleshoot through testing
- Maintain internal backlog of product feature requests, communicate status to end-users, track issues for prioritization
- Facilitate design workshops for business and technical partners, including discovery, design, decision, and final read-out.
Your background
- 10 or more years as a product manager, business systems analyst, business analyst experience
- 8+ years of experience configuring and managing enterprise B2B Marketing Technology such as Marketing Automation platforms, Customer Data Platforms, Event Management solutions, Ad Tech platforms.
- Experience managing/optimizing highly scalable enterprise B2B/B2C lead scoring projects
- Written, verbal, and graphical communication skills that explain complex concepts that business and technical team members can easily understand.
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience/comfort in presenting complex topics to senior management
- Experience directly facilitating large meetings or workshops as a means to capture requirements
- High level of comfort managing work in projects at an ambiguous stage with shifting priorities
- Influencing skills that compel and persuade individuals or teams that operate inside and outside our company without direct authority
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, information systems, or like degree
